Ann Messick

I have been in the "people business" most of my life! As a fifth generation native of the Mountain Home area, I offer the expertise to help you locate your dream home, or land. Having a background in Human Resources, a Director of Human Resources in the hotel industry in Dallas, Texas, I know first hand what customer service is all about!

I am proud to be a part of the CENTURY 21 LeMac Realty East team! We all truly care about our customers. Put your faith and trust in me when you have real estate needs. I will work with you until you secure your dream.

Candy Barnes - Executive Broker

Why Choose Me?

I get results. Lack of communication is one of the major complaints people have about their agent. Let me show you how it is supposed to be done. I treat each and every customer as if they were the most important...because you are. I have been selling real estate in the Mountain Home area for over 15 years. Experience, dedication to handling the many details that make up a successful transaction, and keeping you informed and up to date in the process is my personal promise to you.

Whether it's small acreage, large tracts, residential homes, lake or river property, or commercial locations, I will take care of it.

I promise to make the transaction easier than you ever thought possible!

Chris Hill

I have been a resident of the Ozarks for seven years and have been a full time real estate agent for eight consecutive years. My personal experiences with the transfer into the area has allowed me to be able to better understand my clients wants, needs, and desires, and in turn giving them the most reliable service that I can possibly perform in each instance. So if you want a realtor who understands the process and who will work to help you with your move, please feel free to drop me a line whenever you like. I am always happy to share my experiences and help with any of your personal real estate needs.

Darla Fragoules

I believe providing clients with prompt, dependable, honest and courteous service is the cornerstone of success in business. Having been born and raised here as my family before me for many generations, I have had the privilege of watching our area undergo positive and steady growth. Our schools are excellent, the hospital is top notch and the people are second to none. My husband Tom and I have three children, Jamie Swetnam, and Shane and Cody Collins as well as one granddaughter Laykin Swetnam. I am licensed in both Arkansas and Missouri and I look forward to assisting you with your real estate needs and sharing with you my knowledge of the Twin Lakes area!

Dick Lee

After moving to the Twin Lakes area in 1977 from South Bend, Indiana, I and my wife Arlene bought Tall Timbers Resort in the Oakland area on Bull Shoals Lake and operated it until it sold in 1999. Besides running the resort, I also worked as a design contractor for Baxter Healthcare Corporation's drafting and engineering department for nearly a decade. My motto is "Service Beyond Expectations." I am thorough in all my endeavors whether helping a buyer or seller. I completed CENTURY 21® educational courses, including CREATE 21®, a class for in-depth training for being a CENTURY 21® professional, and CENTURY 21® VIP®, a course providing training for referral and relocation specialists.

Hugh Ethridge

I joined the team of CENTURY 21 LeMac Realty in January 2002. I relocated to the Twin Lakes area from Texas where I worked for Brown Root Engineering and Construction for 30 years. I’m a graduate of the University of Houston holding a BBA and MS degree. I work with Buyers and Sellers and will handle all the intricate details to ensure a smooth purchase and closing.

Janetta Abshire - Office Manager

Being a native to this area, I graduated from Mountain Home High School in 1992 then went on to further my education by attending Crowley’s Ridge College in Paragould, AR. I was then employed at Baxter Healthcare Corporation for 7 ½ years. After that, I turned my sights to Real Estate, having 2 years sales experience and 5 years of customer service experience. Joining the CENTURY 21 LeMac Realty team is something that I am very excited about, this is a very successful hard working team, and I am very pleased to be a part of that. I look forward to working with the staff and helping our clients and customers.

Randall Messick - Executive Broker

My wife Ann and I are both fifth generation natives of the Mountain Home area. After traveling the U.S. extensively for several years, as a Project Manager for MCI Telecommunications, we know first hand that the Twin Lakes area is one of the best possible places to live and are glad to be home to the Ozarks. Living in Dallas TX and working as a Project Manager for MCI taught me how to keep track of all the people working on the different aspects of a project so that it came together on time and on budget. (Like keeping up with all the people and things that must come together to buy or sell your home.) Breaking into Real Estate in Little Rock gave me insight into some of the latest techniques to do the best possible job for buyers and sellers. Given my passion for integrity, and caring disposition, it´s easy to see why I would want to be a realtor and make my life helping people. Stop in and visit for a while and you will know you can put your faith and trust in me to help you with your Ozark home.

Roger Steele Executive Broker

Being an Arkansas native gives me somewhat of a lead on our area. I was raised around the Lawrence County area, and moved here in 1983 with my wife and two children. Having a background in agriculture and in the education field has also been an advantage to me as far as knowing the land and dealing with people. We fell in love with the Mountain Home area because of the lakes, rivers, farm land and clean air, but most of all the people. Folks come here from all areas to enjoy all we have to offer. My wife and I operate a small farm and my children are now grown and have blessed us with seven grandchildren. I decided to get into the Real Estate world because of my love of being able to help people and what better way to do that than in helping you find your dream property. My leisure time is spent with my family, farming and classic cars. I look forward to helping you in any way I can, so feel free to give me a call and let's talk about a new way of life here in the beautiful "Twin Lakes area" known as Mountain Home, AR.

Susan Grimes

Relocating my family in 1988 to Mountain Home was the best move of my life! Being a single mom, this area was what I thought -- the perfect place to raise my 5 sons. We all love to hunt and fish with great emphasis on trout fishing - it's great for whatever you may need a cure for. My lifes experience provides a back ground for real estate character qualities: hard work, honesty, dediction, being dependable and educated in my field. I am licensed in Arkansas and Missouri, and belong to the NATIONAL ASSOCATION OF REALTORS® as well as the local Multi-List Service. Please feel secure in knowing that I will do my best to handle all your real estate needs!
